The product works as expected following the instructions for installation was fairly easy and took less time than what you would think. Do you need to be ready to sacrifice the space? When advice though is before you finalize the installation make sure you plug what you would need into the USB ports inside the console otherwise, you just lose them underneath the fridge. Right now I use them to plug my camera and my phone holder says they are permanently installed in my truck. Overall happy with this product and would recommend having it, especially in those days of summer long trips keeping a cold soda or any energy drink cold always ready to refresh.

I don't know why I didn't buy this sooner. Video instructions on their website were all the instructions you need. I already had all the tools including the hole saw needed for the install. The fridge fits like a glove. We went on a 2 week RV trip and this fridge allowed us to have cold drinks and snacks inside the truck at a moments notice. When you turn your truck off the fridge will shut off as it's plugged into the 12V on our F250 so no hardwiring required.

BUYER BEWARE This seller is possibly the worst company I have dealt with in the 40 years I have been on this planet. The package had clearly been open before. The description says it will fit 2018 or newer super duty. It will not. 2023 and newer super dutys are not compatible. The customer service is incompetent and has tried to convince me that the product does fit my 2024 super duty. I would avoid purchasing anything from this seller at all costs. I have never had a problem with any seller on Amazon. Buyer beware !!!

There is NOTHING about this fridge I do not like:- it fits my 2020 Ford Expedition console PERFECTLY, like a proverbial glove. The fit and trim are as if it came from the factory.- It chills my drinks down to darn near freezing and keeps them there.- Works fast enough for short trips across town, keeping medicines/perishables cold from the grocery store to the house- It has travelled the 2,600 mile round trip between Knoxville, TN and Colorado Springs, CO four times in the last year with zero issues. That's 24 days of several hours per day use.- Zero regrets, would absolutely buy again.

Bought this about a year ago and I'm still loving it.This little fridge works really well.I spend a good amount of time on the road with a family of 4 its really nice to be able to just reach in the console and grab a cold water or a soda instead of having to fill a cooler with ice and stopping every time someone needs a drink.I get get so many complements on how cool it is to have a fridge in my truck.One of my friends said "it makes so much sense.Why don't cars just come with these from the factory?" I use it every day. I've also found that in the winter time it insulates my water and keeps it from freezing so its always drinkable instead of freezing solid in the cupholder or on the floor of the cab.As for the loss of storage in the center console I could care less.I probably gained storage by not having to carry a cooler full of ice around.The console was basically just full of junk all the time to begin with anyway.Look in yours now.Its probably full of old fuel receipts a sunglasses case and those coupons they send everyone in the mail but you didn't have time look through the mail and throw them out so there they are in the center console....Yes its expensive,but what isn't on these trucks? A nice set of ditch lights will cost you $400.Tires are north of $200 a piece.You probably paid $200 for floor mats at the dealer.You have a $700 computer in your pocket.So why not have the ultimate convenience? Buy a cookie dough Blizzard and put it in your truck fridge to eat later.Now thats Livin in the future Brother!

This fridge is impressive. Friends are like (wow! you got a fridge in your truck?) Keeps items cool especially on long trips. Will only slightly chill a room temp beverage on shorter trips, however it will keep a cool beverage cool. I bought some rib-eye steaks and stored them inside while i ran some errands around town, and one the steaks that was in direct contact with the wall of the fridge was partially frozen when i arrived home. The unit was very easy to install. I installed mine in about 20-25 minutes then installed one for my brother in about 15 minutes. A little un-nerving running a hole saw through my console, but a blank hole cover is also included with the fridge, so if you change your mind or decide to install the unit in a another truck you won't be left with a big round hole in your console. There is a stiffener you must cut through that the installation instructions didn't mention. The unit is fairly quiet. I can't even hear it when driving. I was concerned about condensation emanating from the units exterior, but haven't seen a problem yet. I've had the fridge for about 2 months. I hope it continues to work as good as is does right now.

I have a F250 which I purchased to use for long distance trips and I normally would bring a small ICECO fridge with me that plugs into 12v socket.This Dometic fridge is smaller but all I really use the coolers for is to put some bottled water and juice for me and the kids. It will hold a 12pk of 12oz cans.It doesn't take away and seat space and is easy to access without having to ask someone in the back.The install was quick and easy but you will need a drill and a 3 1/2" hole saw. Just get the cheaper wood cutting type instead of the metal cutting hole saw unless you already have one.There is a template that comes with the unit that you will need to make sure the hole goes in the correct spot and also a replacement plug in case you want to take it out and go back to stock.It gets cold really fast. I have 5000 mile trip coming up in January so looking forward to using it then.
