The medo is built pretty well with a built in mate case and the size is great. The sound quality coming from the speaker isn't great but it does get the job done. 99 dollars gets you a pretty powerful device and it works as intended

Bueno pues me sigue sorprendiendo la facilidad de crear ideas para lรบe desarrollar etc cรณmodo para llevar .. llevo 2 meses, tienes que cogerle su punto de funcionamiento etc pero me encantaโฆ.veremos su durabilidad resistente,tactilidad aguante etc .. por mis circunstancias me va de perlas..Solo le falta una correa de sujeciรณn por seguridad y no hay funda de transporte por cuidarlo ..

I got this for my 6 year old and he has a lot of fun with it. I love it too, there are many sounds and itโs easy to use. Great starter synth and nice for travel. You could take it out in nature and just relax, make some cool beats.

Ohne allzu groรe Erwartungen habe ich das Donner Medo bestellt und ging davon aus, dass ich hier keine groรe Qualitรคt und ohnehin nur eine billige Orba 2-Kopie vorfinden werde und entsprechend schon eine Retour angedacht hatte. Von wegen - das kleine Ding macht echt Freude und bringt wirklich gute Sounds hervor.Kein Orba 2-Killer, aber das sollte es auch nicht werden denke ich.Groovebox mit viele Mรถglichkeiten und klasse Verarbeitung.

I really wanted to love this little controller, but I don't. It's a cute little instrument, and for changing kits in the app and just making noise with those kits, it's a fun toy.It is NOT a MIDI device. Maybe if mapping instructions were included and you self-mapped.I wanted it for a sampler, but it's pretty low quality, and hard to edit your clips to get what you want.It is very touch friendly. A good toy. Not a good instrument.The documentation is useless, in my opinion. The app is hard to navigate and make sense of, in my opinion.But, should they market this as a musical TOY and not a tool, I think it would be marvelous. It's a fine toy. It's just fairly useless in my studio.

Whiel the Android companion app is a bit janky, the device itself is super fun. You can lay down a silly beat in no time. It feels well-constructed, not cheap. The built-in speaker isn't going to satisfy audiophiles, but it is loud and bass-y enough for sitting on the couch noodling around.I have a copetitor's device. You know the one I'm talking about. Art*** Orb***. This Medo is a serious upgrade to even the second version of that other device.So if you have the other device and feel it is lacking.... Try this one.

I bought this not expecting a lot from it. However, it is very, very good and a really flexible music production tool. Well made and the App is excellent. In my opinion it is far better than the Artiphon ORBA.

A superb piece of electronic hardware built by a product team that has no desire to build a musical device or controller. It checks off so many useful feature boxes, but it's all mixed up in a mush that has no musical use.The device just absolutely blasts all types of MIDI noise through the channels and there are no ways to turn all of the accelerometer gimmicks off to use it as a real MIDI controller to control any DAWs or VSTs. If you don't clamp it down with a vice and it moves it any way, it MIDI maps any motion to changing presets in plugins ๐คฏ. In fact, any motion it detects sends MIDI CC 02, MIDI CC 113, and a mod wheel move.Their customer support team is just an LLM programmed to do one thing and has no idea what the product even is.It's a great piece of engineered hardware but the product team has no idea what the device's purpose should be.

This instrument/GrooveBox/Midi controller is a very unique musical piece of gear. It is really fun to play and get a little groove going. You can even sample a quick sound like a bell or weird noise outside and turn that into a melody. The built-in sounds are great and with the help of a computer and phone, you can customize the sounds to your liking.It quickly connects to your phone for customization via their app, in which donner has updated recently. From the app, you can pick different drum kits, synth sounds and edit the sampled instruments.From your computer, you can use the Donner Synth to create your own synth presets to load up. The synth is basic but you can get some great sounds from it.Playing the groove box is really fun and dynamic. It has motion controls and finger placement controls. You can bend notes and modulate the vibrato to make the most basic preset sound more alive.It also works great as a MIDI controller, especially with my ipad. It is great to load up 4 synths and have then controller by the MEDO to include all the modulation option with the motion controls. The battery life is decent and is a great travel instrument to stick in a bag for a long trip or a walk in the woods when you just feel like you need to make some music.IT also has a built-in speaker, which is not the best but works great for making music and it also doubles as a bluetooth speaker for your phone or ipad.
