Ordered 2 and one works. The lock that does not work. Key turns and you can see how it's suppose to work. Once you slide the piece in to lock the chain it cannot click into place.

I learned that the latch needs adjustments because I didn't know that you have to make sure that the latch locks. If you don't lock it out properly. It slides and opens. Moreover, the links are to small to secure it with a combination pad lock. Or any other pad lock. Please make the links bigger and adjust the latch.
