Two issues -1. The plate isn’t an 1/8” thick. As a matter of fact, I it isn’t even 1/16”…so expect a height gap between the plate and any pickguard you try and match it with.2. What’s not really showing in the pics is that the top surface is “wood” textured…which in reality looks like nothing more than scratches. Boo.

The quality is ok. Good value. Looks good. Easy to drill holes for potentiometer. Body was from a squier telecaster. The fit is 4/5. The screw holes lined up fine but it's like it needs to be 1/16" bigger on the narrower way.

This is a nice piece. Used in a Tele I built for a nephew. I didn't know it I would like the "brushed" look but its nice.

Got this because I have a modded esquire and Don’t need a pickup selector slot.The brushed aluminum really looks nice and the black is really dark. I Drilled the control holes out with a hand drill and it worked well and looks sharp. I would not hesitate to buy one again.
