Somehow the plastic gasket disappeared on my 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I bought both gaskets and a new cap, but only needed the gaskets. Fit perfectly.

My van was constantly seeping fluid even after a new master cylinder was installed. I did some research and it seems to be a common problem, some people were even putting drip trays in to catch the fluid, that is not a solution IMO. My new master cylinder has a plastic reservoir, it was obviously made in a 2 piece mold since there is line across it that also goes over both fill holes and makes for a poor sealing surface, I sanded this down being careful not to get any debris in the cylinder itself. The new master didn't come with caps or gaskets so the old ones were re-used, upon closer inspection the old plastic caps were pulling down slightly at the bottoms and the rubber seals were hard, so both the caps and the seals needed to replaced and you need to make sure the sealing surface is flat to fix the problem. I have way more braking power than I ever had in the van before and this after 3 different shops looking at it as well who weren't able to solve the problem

Works fine for my use as larger size gasket for wiring. I cut holes in the middle to allow for wires. Found this to be better than grommets for my use.

I bought these for a different purpose than intended. I have a custom air filter lid on my Firebird and it happens to have an unused hole on the side for a pipe of some kind. This was poorly plugged by the previous owner and by odd luck, I saw on a car forum that someone had used these exact master cylinder gaskets to plug the hole. I decided to try my luck. I bought a package, removed the ugly plug in there and one of these just popped right in the hole sealing it up, looking much more professional and obviously just plain looking better. So, for my purpose, A+!

Mechanic put wrong seal in, got these and they were propee fit for 1993 Plymouth acclaim 3.0 V6 fit like a glove and works great
