Update: So after I noticed this arm was missing a very strong wire "clip" (still not sure where it went or if it arrive like that), I tried contacting Amazon.com. However, because it had been greater than a month since I purchased it, there was not an easy way to contact them. I finally found a way to contact Amazon.com, and I was surprised they were not going to help with a replacement (not typical of my Amazon customer service experience). I contacted Dorman, and they were helpful, referring me to an Amazon liaison, except that e-mail bounced back undeliverable. I asked for Dorman's warranty info on this part, and they gladly provided it...a limited lifetime warranty. The warranty said "I just need to take the part to the place I bought it and obtain a replacement." Once I cited the warranty policy to Amazon CS, they were quick to send a replacement. Of note on the Amazon.com warranty/return website is that auto parts have a different/longer return period than the typical 30 days for other Amazon.com items. Their CS reps were clearly not aware of this. I have moved my rating to 4 stars again as the arm is a good value and the Dorman rep was helpful. The Amazon.com reps just need to be educated about their own return policies.

This arm was a perfect fit and for less than half what the dealer wanted. When I bought my van it didn't even have a right side arm or blade (or a seat for that matter).
