Came fast........needed to replace the well known issue of streaky drivers side wiper due to age on my 96 Volvo 850 GLT sedan. It dropped right on my "DRIVERS SIDE" wiper stud. Tightened up nicely. Wipers now work better that ever. No more streaks.Was not a "Dorman brand" or at least not labeled as such on package. But is well made so no problem with that! :)Be aware the wiper arm is not splined and aluminum for a reason. Be sure to clean the splines on the wiper arm stud it attaches to to remove any aluminum left in them by previous wiper arm. line up its position and push straight on firmly. Then slowly tighten nut to fully seat wiper arm on stud,. This allows the hardened steel wiper arm stud to cut the splines into the wiper arm for a snug fit. It also prevents wiper arm from stripping wiper stud as softer arm will strip first to prevent a much more complicated and expensive repair of replacing entire wiper transmission.Kind of a pricey wiper arm, but well made and worth it.

The wiper arm was priced right, delivered before I expected, and required no bending or modification to fit. What else can you ask for in a wiper arm?
