This is an exact fit replacement for the vac line at the rear of the intake manifold on the 2 valve 5.4 Ford V8 engine. If you get a check engine light for both cylinder banks lean then check this part before assuming the worst of a leaking intake gasket which is kind of a nightmare DIY repair. Installing this part is about 4 on a scale of 1-10. Time will tell how durable the rubber is but it should last around 20 years like the Ford OEM part which is beyond the remaining life of my truck.
