If you're replacing the lower heater core hose for a 1991 Ford Ranger this will link 3 hoses together. 1 5/8 hose from the water pump, 1 5/8 hose from the heater core, and a 1/4 hose to the lower intake. It will replace Ford's pre-made hose that can no longer be found in parts stores.
