The rubber mounting grommets that hold this assembly to the truck body are a disaster!While putting on the windshield wiper arms the rubber mounts failed. Much less pressure than the action of the motor and wipers.Luckily I had some fender washers and metric nuts to put on.Fingers crossed that it works, and is the only part that fails.

After installing this wiper linkage I found that there was excess play allowing the wiper arms to lift off of the windshield while wiping. After looking deeper into it, I found that the bushings and nuts which hold the wiper linkage are a different design to the OEM one. Fortunately I was able to push the OEM ones out of my old linkage and put them into the Dorman one to get me back on the road. The Dorman design does not ensure the linkage remains square to mounting points. Buy the OEM one and avoid problems.
