No issues so far with this product. If you want to do away with quick connector, look up Dorman - Autograde 3/4in Hose x 1/2in NPT x 2 3/4in Long Heater Hose Fitting and buy some gates 3/4 heater hose. Don't forget some teflon tape to put on 3/4in x 1/2in NPT fitting.

I bought this hose by mistake, but after further inspection i noticed that my hose on my OBS was starting to crack and was fairly weathered so i replaced it, I still need the lower hose that goes to the rad that looks similar to this one just thinner.

Oh boy you’re asking the wrong person. I went to order it off of here found a cheaper within an hour somewhere else went back to cancel it without let me cancel it did not show up when it was supposed to I was told again for eight days afterwards every day it’ll show up tomorrow it’ll show up tomorrow so yeah not a happy camper

Fit perfectly in my 96 c1500 4.3l amazon said it wasnt the right part but totally was. Didn't even have to cut it, the length was perfect.

So far the product is holding up. no leaks. poorly constructed where the rubber meets the aluminum that attaches to the heater core connector. very thin walls. you can almost see the rubber. I expect this to not last so i will buy another one that will have to made in the USA. I expected more from Dorman. This was made china so that's why it gets 3 stars.

Fit perfectly, cut to length with a razor. I installed this on a 1999 Suburban K2500 with a 7.4l 454 engine(3/4 tons in 1999 kept the older 92-98 bodystyle).Make sure you also replace the 800-401 intake fitting and use a new screw type clamp as well, for a leak-free repair.Please click "yes" below if you found my review helpful!
