The cover is a perfect fit, but the description is a bit deceiving. It's called a "kit" which would imply that it is the entire timing cover which consists of 3 pieces. This is only the back cover and does not include the other 2 pieces.

Factory part had brass fittings for the out cover bolts... This one did not have fittings like my factory unit. This required me to "tap/threat" the existing holes. Once modified, it fit and worked perfectly... Installed on a 2000 Dodge Stratus 2.4L engine with the new Litens tensioner/water pump combination.
