Tried to install these on my 2007 6.0 powerstroke after seeing mixed reviews, but having good luck with dorman products in the past. Mind you I am very mechanically inclined, especially on these powerstrokes, and these simply did not fit! They actually bolted to the manifolds perfect, but would not align with the turbo properly, I bought a different set from a different brand, and they fit flawlessly. These seem to be super HIT or HARD MISS, buyer tread lightly.

This is exactly what I needed. My flex joint was broken completely in half. Crappy fuel mileage, no power and deadly exhaust fumes in the cab. The truck sat for 2 months until I had the time to do this job. I wouldn't let my wife drive it until I could do the repair. Anyway, as far as the part itself goes, it's exactly what I needed. It's a carbon copy of the original and it fit perfectly. The job to remove the old Y-pipe and install the new one is a whooooooole other story. It's very labor and time intensive and at times you wonder if you should just sell the truck instead.. It is a pain in the butt but if you have the right tools, the patience and the time (and it never hurts to have an extra set of hands) you can get it done. I did it alone and it took me about 6 hours. Tested it and found out that I didn't seat the Y-pipe to the turbo quite right and had to redo it again the next day which was another 3 hours.. I only had to loosen up the turbo and pipe bolts and redo the V-clamps. (My) only problem is that I was so neck deep into the job that I forgot they included new bolts and a gasket so I didn't use any of them. Luckily the old gasket was still in very good condition. The new gasket was tucked away in the box where it was hard to find anyhow. Either way it can be done and you'll be happy when it is.. My old truck is back. It's extremely responsive on the throttle, it's got its old power back and I got 4 mpg's back with this single repair. Don't be intimidated by this job though. Once you have it all apart and back together you'll realize that removing the turbo and the pipes aren't as hard as it seems.. Good luck fellow 6.0er's...

This part does fit, I've been running it now for 3 weeks no problems. When you install it you will think it doesn't fit but it's just a pain to replace. These engines have been designed to be worked on with the cab off and you will know this is true when changing this part.Quality seems good and I hope it lasts many years as I don't want to be removing it again any time soon

Quality piece and perfect fit. Comes with all hardware. Excellent craftsmanship. 1/3 the price from Ford. Have told other Ford owners if they have the same problem to buy this item. Will keep recommending this product.

Perfect fit. Quality all looks good, very solid piece and it installed perfectly. No alignment issues or anything. So far so good, my broken up-pipes are fixed and this y-pipe is working exactly as it should. EASILY worth the cost savings so far. New bolts and the only gasket in the up-pipe system, are included Will try to update later, once I have more miles on it, good or bad.In the photo I added, I had already wrapped the y-pipe in , but you get the idea. And this is only the y-pipe, the other pipe in the upper right corner is not in this kit.
