Had my injection spider off and replaced the seals since it was off. Didn't leak before, but it's never a bad idea to replace cheap stuff while it's easy to get to.

No idea what happened here.. but my guess is that the wrong o rings were put in to my kit.. each one of them except for 1 crossover tube ring were way too big.

First of all let me say Dorman does a good job with this kit - it has every o-ring you need even the washers and bushings. What I used this kit for was the four fuel tube o-rings, washers and bushings. When I took the manifolds out for gasket replacement the bushings and o-rings fell out some where, some how. So after hunting I found this kit, the parts are exact replacements. The reason this gets four stars is the support. On the back of this package it would be simple for Dorman to include a diagram showing what order the parts go in. It does not. So I go to their website and do a chat with their installation support. That tech did not know the proper order either. So I search on the web... Every repair procedure I found only said to assemble the way it came apart. After several hours of searching I finally found diagrams showing the proper installation and added the images here.So they are in order of bottom to top - Yellow oring - steel washer - black oring - plastic bushing.Be sure to lube each piece with 3in1 or even engine oil - it makes installing easy and prevents tearing an oring. Then when you install the tubes - lube them as well - they will slide very easily in place.Lastly when you install the strap on top that hold the tubes in, the flat side goes up. Again these are clear in the pictures I added. So I hope this really helps save someone else some time and danger (fuel spraying everywhere at 65 lbs is not cool!)
