I installed this in a 2008 Pontiac G5. The driver mirror wouldn't move most of the time before replacing. This was an easy install that only took 5-10 minutes. Both mirrors can be moved now after the replacement. The old one appeared to be full of dust/dirt so it might have been possible to disassemble and clean out, but I'm sticking with this replacement.

This switch is an exact replacement for the original part on my 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt, and it was easy to install in 20 minutes without a hitch. I highly recommend it!

Replacing this switch took me 5 minutes. It has the look and fit of the original part, except this one makes the proper electrical contacts. For context, I replaced this part in a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt SS 2.4L.
