After installation PO406 code indicated a problem with the egr valve. I called Dorman and spoke with a real person who informed me to return the part since it was defective. Really good customer service. The return process was fast and easy, no problem.

New one did not have the mounting plate screwed down which will results in air leaks. Also looks like the mounting base was planed on a mill machine so it cut into the existing bolt cutouts
