Rating it 5 stars so people can read this. I don’t know about others but for NISSAN DONT BUY! It lasted for about 9 months and stopped then I cleaned it went on for 3 weeks and stopped now I’m buying from my a website that sells genuine Nissan parts hopefully. Did a lot of research seems like u should get OEM for Nissan

They worked good and cleared my check engine light. However, it is not an easy job and will require the engine to be removed from the motor mounts and raised. There are lots of youtube videos of this job being done.

In all honesty I was skeptical of this product given the price difference compared to the OEM part. Upon installing in my 2015 Nissan Altima I feel no difference in performance. Longevity of the part is still unknown but crazy that this alternative is almost $200 less than OEM and gives the same results. Will definitely purchase more Dorman parts in the future! (I don't have a picture of the new part but I do have a picture of the failed VVT that the Dorman replaced)

Got one just to see if it corrected the problem before i had to bring it to a garage. The part was exactly what i would of got at the parts store and cheaper. So far 1 month running and the stalling and loss of power is gone should of done all three to save myself the hassle of install bit the part was well worth it.

My reader was showing P0014 Code On Nissan Altima 2015 2.5 L SV. So I change this solenoid as recommended part (23796-3TA1A), - Drove 1500 over km - Jerking and stalling issue go away- run smooth - replace all three Solenoid - is good reliable aftermarket product. Delivery was quick & Good packaging to protect parts during shipment.

My check engine light has been on for 5 years and after finally talking to a Nissan tech in private he told us the problem was most likely this and not a sensor. We replaced all 3 and sure enough one was BAD!! Really bad! The check engine light is finally off and I’m getting better fuel mileage and it starts up without lagging

My 2015 Nissan Altima was giving me rough idle, slow acceleration and sometimes stall out completely when coming to a stop.Checked my engine light and I had 2 codes, P0300 & P0914.Googled, YouTube my problem and found a guide suggesting changing these. There are 3 to check and change, I didn’t want to waste time so decided on changing all 3. Sure enough 1 was dead. I’m not that handy but I was able to change these with minimum difficulties. The bottom 2 are in a tight spot so use multiple extensions. After changing all 3. Car idled beautifully, accelerates perfectly. Check engine light cleared on its own.Hopefully these will last for at least 100k.

so ..I had a P0014 code on my 2016 Nissan Rogue..Rough idle ...I changed oil..and it did help..but I believe the valve was still sticking once in a while..Watched a few videos and decided to try to change it myself. I found a " trick " that worked without taking all the motor mounts off . 30 minutes later ..I had the exhaust vvs replaced. There are 3 of these on the Nissan Rogue..all the same ..I only changed the exhaust one and my codes are gone and it runs like new...Great Price .and great quality...highly recommend..
