WE HAVE ORDERED THIS PART 3 TIMES. THE FIRST PART WAS FINE, THE SECOND PART CAME IN A CRUCSHED BOX WITH MANY BROKEN PIECES IN THE BAG. THE THIRD ARRIVED TODAY WITH 2 PIECES OF BROKEN PLASTIC IN THE BAG, BUT THE BOX WASN'T CRUSHED. NOT SURE HOW OR WHY THESE PIECES ARE BEING BROKEN BEFORE SHIPMENT

This part has been a lifesaver for my van! I was having major issues with the gears refusing to change from park. However, after replacing this part, I haven't experienced those problems again. It fixed the issue and my van is running smoothly once more. Highly recommended!
