Installed it on a 2004 Jeep WJ that had a heavily rusted out spring perch. It went on without too much trouble and is holding up well. On my application, I needed to use longer lower shock mount bolts, so you might need to plan for that. Also, I found it easier to unbolt the sway bar link to allow me to line up the bolt holes for the track bar mounting bolt.

This part fit like a glove over top the completely rusted away lower spring mount on my grand xherokee. No cutting or welding needed. Definitely a winner.

This is the perfect replacement piece. No cutting or welding required. It over lays the shock mount bolt holes and the sway bar link mount, they hold it in place. Don’t have to move the brake line either, it slides right into place.

BOUGHT LT & RT PAIR , WITH SPRINGS & UPPER / LOWER MOUNTS. MY FRT END ,(2004 GRAND 4X4)HAD NO SPRING PURCH LEFT ON RT SIDE,TOP MISSING/ROTTED OFF SPRING RESTING ON AXLE TUBE. THESE ADAPTERS WORKED GREAT. SPRING SUPPORTED ,FRT END BACK TO STOCK HEIGHT. THEY REALLY DID JUST BOLT ON. THESE ARE A VEHICAL SAVER / NO NEED TO REPLACE FRT END, OR WELD NEW LOWER SUPPORTS.HIGHLY RECOMENDED THEY WORK. DAVE
