Despite the Ford reference in item's title and Amazon's application checker telling me these did not fit, these were a perfect match for the parking brake actuator my 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 DRW 4x4 with a Dana 80. The rear brakes are Disk but the parking brakes are drum; the shoes expand against the inside of the rotor.

These work well just like the factory ones and a much better alternative than attempting to clean up and free up the existing ones. They come with the rubber boot as pictured so if by chance you aren't replacing the backing plates, you're still covered.
