I ordered this part for my 68 Firebird it looks like it will work but in the picture it shows that it's brass a gold color what I got is cheap Plated steel ends This is why Amazon has to do better

This brake hose is too short for my 1969 Cadillac Eldorado despite being listed as the right part. The fittings are correct, but the hose is ~4 inches too short. Luckily I was able to take it to a local hydaulics shop who were able to swap the fittings onto a longer hose.Two stars for being the correct fittings, but it's compatibility not listed correctly by the manufacturer.
