Features:

  • This dual door magnetic lock is specially designed for double doors.
  • It provides a holding force of 600lb (280KG) for each door.
  • High strength aluminum alloy material.
  • It consists of an electromagnet and 2 armature plates used for access control door locks.
  • Attach this electromagnet lock to the door frame and the armature plate to the door.
  • When a current passing through the electromagnet, it attracts the plate and holds the door lock shut.
  • The lock offers flexible Working options with NO/NC settings, catering to the specific requirements of access control systems.
  • It is suitable for wooden door, glass door, metal door, fire-proof door, etc.
  • Z and L Brackets are included in the package for installation.

Installation Steps for Dual Door Magnetic Lock and ZL Bracket

  1. Unscrew the 2 black screws from the 2 holes on both ends of the lock by the hex screwdriver
  2. Loosen the 8 screws in the 8 holes at the bottom and middle of the lock by the hex screwdriver
  3. Separate the lock and bracket (no longer needed)
  4. Install the L bracket on door frame
  5. Tighten the 8 screws in the holes to install the lock
  6. Compose a Z Shape bracket by 2 Z style brackets
  7. Mark the position of the armature plates and drill 3 holes on each door
  8. Install the Z Shape bracket on each door
  9. Install the armature plates on both Z Shape brackets
