This cutter can cut sheet metal including steel, copper, aluminum and stainless steel sheet metal, for both flat and curved surfaces.
Double head design allow you to continue cutting with the other cutting edge when one side is dull.
With this cutter, you will be able to cut out straight line, curve line, arc line or many other irregular lines and shapes.
The cutter can be used on 8mm 1500~3000RPM electric drills or pneumatic drills.
The cutting edge direction is adjustable in 360 degrees.

Worked for a while and it was great while it did but the inside mechanism is really weak and when some small piece of metal got caught in the punch hole it stripped the screw holding it together on the inside rendering the tool unsuable. Chinese quality stuff

Used it to cut portion of truck floor for access to dead fuel pump. Job was complete in under 10 minutes - that included learning curve. Very fast! Leaves weird little crescent moon shaped chips, which vacuum up easily. It was a little finicky going around stiffening rib depressions in floor, but with some persuasion and finesse, figured that out. I have not used it since, but am glad to have this simple, clever tool in my mechanics arsenal. 1000X better than trying to use tin snips or a jig saw for cutting vehicle body sheet metal. Just lay out cut lines with sharpie, drill starter holes at corners, insert the tool thru the hole and follow the lines.

First time I ordered the nibbler broke while nibbling sheet steel. The replacement I ordered arrived with a broken handle but did successfully nibble the sheet steel. After 2 tries I gave up and requested a refund.

I received this product late evening. I decided to work on my project in the morning. Assembled the piece as per the instructions. Mid way through the cutting the nibble stopped working. I do not recommend this product.

Finally got a chance to try this out. Worked awesome for a little bit and was damn excited to use it. But it didn’t take long till it wasn’t working at all. Screws on the back were constantly becoming loose. Would not buy again.

Works way better than expected in metal, aluminium and even plastic sheeting. You just need a drill and tou are in business. Is easily cuts straight lines with a guide or very tight radiuses. Must have...

I just used it yesterday and I feel it is a little awkward to use. It cuts WELL, a wider cut than I wanted, BUT your material MUST be clamped or held down in order to operate the drill. Another alternative would be to mount the drill to something and work it that way. Quality is great, lets see how the blade holds up. Instructions are a little vague and may go to Youtube to see more. It does a clean cut and I would buy again depending on how it holds up.

It works, but is really hard to make a straight cut. But it works! I suggest taking it apart when you get it and then you'll understand how to adjust it to make cuts in the direction you want.

This product is over rated. It does not work as advertised. I used it on some pro panel and it was unable to cut the thin metal. I ended up using a tin snip. I am disappointed.
