These pads give the right amount of push up and also holds your boobs in place in clothes. They are made well great price and of course flattering for all outfits. Love wearing these.

I bought these to replace the light padding that came in a couple of my new swimsuit tops. The padding that came with it was very thin so I wanted an extra oomph! Though I liked these pads, I ended up keeping them but ordering the triangle version instead. I found them to be more natural looking in the swimsuit. They are pretty comfortable and dried fine inside the suit. I would recommend them. They are a little more expensive then some of the other brands out there, but worth it. They definitely feel like they will hold up.

I had a breast cancer followed by and lumpectomy then radiation a little over a year ago, leaving my breast about a cup smaller than the other. I know that having different size breasts isn't just a cancer survivor issue so I wanted leave a more complete review.I do have a fancy silicone prosthesis and pocket bras that accommodate for normal wear but I wanted something lighter for gardening and home improvement projects. This gives me the boost my small side needed and it is light enough to wear in most regular bras without a pocket. Before surgery I was DD and some brands DDD, so I never even looked at push-up pads before. When I started looking, most were for A or B bodies, so I was thrilled to find these in a larger size. They do work for D but they are too small if you're a DDD. I have a few sports bras with removable modesty pads and with some squishing I can fit this in the tiny hole meant for the modesty pad. This provides enough to keep everything filled out so my bra fits correctly and is perfect for those hot days of gardening or any activity that I would wear a sports bra.

I bought this product for 2 reasons. First to make my boobs look larger and perkier while wearing sports bras that have no lining WHILE preventing my nipples from showing when they are errect. This bra did the job. It covers my nipples and gives my boobs a larger size. The push up effect is not as dramatic as I like, but it did give some lift. That is okay for me because I always wear a shirt over my bra when I work out and my cleavage does not show unless I am wearing a low cut workout shirt.Keep in mind that this brand has 2 different styles of lining. One is a triangle shape and the other does not go as high. I will refer to the latter as "original." I ordered both to compare. I ended up returning the triangle shape because it had less padding than the "original" one. Plus, the "original" liner still covered my nipples and prevented headlights, so it was a win win.I am familiar with foam liners and they typically hold up pretty well. I will update if I notice signs of wear after washing and working out.For reference, I wear bra size 36c and weigh 150lb. I have athletic build and perky breast. I ordered a size C in black.

I found these didn't do much by themselves. I am a more mature woman, 63 years young, and do to age have lost the firmness and fullness of my breasts. I workout at gym 3-4 times a week as well as at home on none gym days, so I am very fit, toned and trim. When I go out with my husband I like to dress tastefully yet sexy. I also still wear a bikini. However, I have found in the last few years I am no longer a D cup but inbetween a C and D cup. A C is to small yet I don't fill out a D cup especially at the top. My bikini is an underwire pushup top in a D cup and I now need so help getting my breasts to fill out the cups and give some cleavage. These did not do much by themselves in achieving this, but I had ordered 2 other silicone type inserts as well to try and see which worked the best, neither of them did much either. None of the 3 brands I tried helped my breasts fill out the top of the cup. So I tried placing these inserts in first and then fit 1 of the silicone inserts in these for added umph. Boy! what a difference that made! Fantastic lift and very nice cleavage. Breasts looked full and plump in bikini top. So, I rated a 3 as these did not work for me by themselves but in combo with another insert did a fantastic job.

I am really surprised! It makes a big difference wearing it because of the shape and the thickness of the padding! The cup is big enough to lift and give volume both in the same time! I am wearing inside of a regular bra ( one that comes with thin padding) and I am planning to use it also for a evening dress ( a bonus is that the padding comes with some adhesive strips).It didn't work with my triangle shape swimming top just because the product is meant to be full coverage and is hard to hide under a small triangle shape top, unless I would trim the padding. (for that I've purchased the thin triangle shape padding).The padding does exactly what it says!!!!
