These certainly performed their function! Great lift, comfortable to wear. However, after sweating for about fifteen minutes in the sun, they no longer adhere to the skin and start to slide. Great for a picture, not great in practice.

I often wear them under a white tank top and halter top. You couldn't tell they were there at all, even though the top was thin and they completely covered my nipples

I couldn't figure out how to use these. No matter what it did not look natural. They are very thick material & very obvious. They stick like a mass on your breast. Toiletpaper stuff would look more realistic. Save your money & skip these.

The instructions do not tell you in which direction to place these pads. There is a V shape thickness to it with one side wider than the other, then a hollowed out V at the top. How do you place them and how do you put your boob in it to lift your boob up? Just need clear directions on how to put them in.

it’s okay not much lift but you can definitely see it through your shirt like it’s very noticeable
