Double-Sided Sticky Bra Pads Breathable Adhesive Cups Push Up Sticky Inserts for Bra Inserts Breast Enhancer They are not. These were fabric inserts that you put in you shorts bra so your nipples don’t show. Providing no support or lift at all. Neither side had stick adhesive. It was like someone just pulled the padding out of a sports bra and shipped them.

If you're a little bit more Buster like me and maybe smaller than a C cup size. You could probably make it work, but I'm a DD they did not work for me and after a few uses, they did not stick.Recommended, do not buy them if You are a little bustier.

I’ve tried these and Boomba and these are better, both in function and price. They don’t lift at the edges and are extremely sticky, even when very sweaty. Buying more!

It fits good, comfy and does not move once in place. I use them mainly for my swim suit top. Unfortunately, the stickiness came off on the inside cups after a couple uses. I like it that way cuz it hurts when taking it off. Good thing the stickiness on the outside is in tact. I would buy another one cuz it’s the perfect fit for my A cup.

Great product. My only problem is i wore in my bathing suit and didn't think i was gonna get wet. Ha Well they do soak up the water but they still stayed in place!
