The regular item we had been using with GREAT results was out of stock so we thought we'd try this item. It stated it was "long-range" and was less costly per pound.Our regular choice was "Antler King Apple Flavored Grainiac Block" and we were amazed at how quickly deer showed up after we would put it out... with 39 minutes. and they seemed to love it.With its "Down & Dirty Block" though, it was 2 full days before a deer showed up and she was not very interested. It has been out there for over 2 months now and I can still see there is a good 20% of it left.In contrast, I found our regular "Antler King Apple Flavored Grainiac Block" back in stock so I ordered it. Put it out 8 days ago around 6 feet from what remained of the "Down & Dirty Block". Within 20 minutes 3 deer showed up and then a 4th. They were all 4 eating the Grainiac Block and now, after 8 days it is gone.The deer have not come back for the remaining part of the "Down & Dirty Block"Maybe the one we got was a fluke but I am not gonna take a chance.

All the critters in our yard love this block of yum yum! The deer, squirrels, coons and the chipmunks! No animal goes hungry in our yard! Highly recommend!

Probably works fine in some parts of the country but my deer wouldnt touch it. I have a game cam set up over it and never got one deer to touch it rather than sniff it. It finaly dissolved in the rain. It was a waste of my money

I live in a high populated deer area. Not one deer even looked at this block. Maybe when winter hits, I will have more success.
