Worked as advertised on my BMW E70 front axle. Made the job so much easier!

Made short work of removing a very stuck BMW driveshaft. After snapping a cheap puller and spending hours heating up and hammering on the end of the shaft, this tool had it out in 5 mins. Fits the BMW hub perfectly, bit of pressure on the threaded bolt with a breaker bar and it popped straight away. Feels very strong and would have taken a lot more force if needed. Worth noting that a 38mm spanner is required to hold the tool and stop the hub turning.

It works great to removed fully seized and rusted cv axle shafts! Im sure it works just as well as an axle shaft puller too. For removing a seized axle shaft I suggest backing off the lug nuts 1/4", tightening the center threaded rod as much as possible with a breaker bar, and then taking a 5 lb sledge and giving the breaker bar/socket/threaded rod a good smack or two,... then tighten more and repeat.

Unfortunately, after about three uses tool shows a lot of wear if you have a stuck axle with rust, I would get a heavier made tool thread will start to strip

Worked great for removing the rear hub/wheel bearing on my 2015 BMW f10. I had already tried a 3-jaw puller (which broke), slide hammer, and hydraulic puller.I used an air impact wrench to turn the screw. I little bit of hammering with tension on seemed to help. This tool will not break.

This tool did wonders. I was dealing with a very rusty 535xi and I needed to pull the front axles to drop the sub frame and then do a pretty big overhaul on the car. I had already tried pounding out one of the axles, which was a newer one installed, and had no luck, so I was preparing myself for what’s ahead by the time you finish reading this, will have taken more time than it took me to get both of the axles out. I did have to use a Milwaukee impact, but it was less than 10 seconds on both sides. Also, this tool has an installer as well saving me over $800 and oe axels since I didn’t have to damage them and I’m able to install them with them with ease. This too will also work on the E9x as well.

This tool got a stuck shaft out in about 10-20 mins. However - if you are reaching for this tool - and paying this price - then you probably have a really stuck shaft...you will also need a 1.5in "closed end wrench" (see our picture) and a serious set of cheater bars on the socket drive.Even though we had been kroiling for 2 weeks and had been using hammers - cheaper extractors and air hammers - we only previously got the shaft to move about 0.5in - and we were now well and truly stuck.to break it free we used a 3/4 breaker bar with impact adapters to the drive screw on the tool - once we were movign we switched to the 1/2in setup pictured.200lbs at 2 feet and the tool just worked - (I'm not saying we were not worried "something" might go horribly wrong - but at the end the shaft came out with an all mighty series of squeaks and the tool was unscathed)
