Color started flaking off strings immediately they still work and play fine once stretched but not worth the extra to have colored strings that flake off

I think the colors are cool and all but the strings break very easily. The coating comes off pretty fast. I’ve used this brand of strings my entire career and so far this is the worst experience I’ve had with them.

Cool strings feel great and look great but coating isnt very durable and most of it came off in first few days but otherwise they cool.

He instalado estas cuerdas en mi Jackson y quedan muy bonitas. El problema es que al afinar la guitarra por primera vez, la pintura de las 3 primeras cuerdas se empezó a caer. Me imaginaba este resultado y quise, aún así, probarlas y convencerme de algo que me imaginaba.

Great strings to dress up your guitar for gigs and parties, sounded really good, played well and lasted the test of daily play and gigging.Great Value, Would buy again .I bought a pack of neon green and a pack of neon pink and mixed to make two sets for the pictured guitar.

Installed these on a kids guitar and the paint came off the high e while I was tuning it and strumming with my fingers. I’d hate to see what a plectrum would do to them

The do look cool but feel very rubbery compared to other brands that aren’t coated. The color chips off very quickly! They are more novelty than practical, but they are cute!

Neon pink - blacklight ready on a pink guitar is a cool look! I put these on my daughter's electric as a surprise and she loved it. At her beginning skillset, she's not a string connoisseur, so looks are the most important to her. They hold tuning well and sound good for what she's playing. The coating will wear off after a month of use, set your expectations. But I'd put these back on her guitar again.

I bought these for my wife's blacktop strat and they look great on it. But since the look is really just secondary - the sound and more importantly the lifespan of the strings have both exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is better then the stock fender strings that came with the guitar. The coating seems to help extend the life of the strings, my wife has about 30 hours on them now and the tone still is like a new set of strings. Just a note about the color, after a period of time you will notice some of the color fading out (for us its in the strum area) on the g,b, and high e strings - but the feel hasn't changed, so I think the coating is still there just the color is coming out due to the abuse.
