Very uncomfortable. Chair is high to sit in, too high for me at 5'9". Backrest moves down in spite of my best efforts to tighten. I gave it away as I couldn't stand it.

Purchased this for my art studio. Upon opening I was thrown off with the poor packaging. All the parts were just wrapped in one layer of small bubble wrap & stacked on top of each other in the box. No styrofoam or anything to secure the parts or keep them from moving all around inside the box. I immediately inspected each piece before putting anything together & found a rip in the seat. Its about 1" and looks like a clean slice. Maybe if the parts were packaged better it would not have gotten damaged.If it was not for the damage I would have kept this chair. The size looked perfect. Big enough so you fit comfortably but not oversized taking up too much space. The quality of the PU(faux leather) looks really nice & feels sturdy.I do like how the wheels come already attached on & not separate. I think it would be simple to put together.Overall it is worth the purchase but check for damage before assembling.

So, when my office chair died I tried a few different chairs before I got to this one. All in varying price ranges. All similar in design. All got replaced quickly for various reasons except this one. This chair was by far the easiest to assemble, The most comfortable, the best range of height and, so far, the most durable.

I purchased this to act as my main engineer chair for my music studio. First I was impressed with the way that it does not require any fasteners to assemble it. It just snaps together in a very smart and solid way. Aesthetically it’s a little odd and squat looking but honestly I’ve not loved a studio chair more than this one. The seat and back cushions are thick and very comfortable. I wanted something that I can sit in for a couple hours without hurting. The back can be locked into any reclining position you want or can be unlocked and will lean with you. It’s nice to be comfortable when you want to create. This allows me to focus on my work completely.

Let me start this review by saying...I'm a tattoo artist and I have modified this chair a LOT. I have a different cylinder, base, and wheels for this bad boy.Starting with the cylinder - the one it comes equipped with is very tall. Taller than I expected. When they say this is a drafting STOOL, they mean it. It has some height to it, so I installed a much shorter cylinder from the beginning. The seat receiver and base takes a standard gas cylinder for office chairs, so it wasn't anything fancy. I just cannibalized an old, retired office chair to get the cylinder from it.Now, the base needed replaced recently because I had rollerblade wheels on it, and the ball bearings for the swivel started to fall out of the rollerblade wheels after a year of heavy use. When I tried to replace just the office chair wheels, the base cracked while I was prying the old wheels out. No bueno. So I replaced the entire base with a heavy duty nylon wheel base that came with heavy-duty TPU casters installed. Now I have a wide wheel base, silent and smooth wheels, a foot rest, a shorter cylinder, and an incredibly comfortable and adjustable seat/back.Everyone steals my chair when I'm not at work. It's that good.

Chair was very easy to assemble. I use it with a standing desk when I need a rest. Foot rests are sturdy and the seat is easily adjustable. I would have given 5/5 if not for the back rest slipping. Not sure if I'm not locking it properly but It tends to slowly slip and the back rest is eventually at the bottom of your back. Otherwise very happy with the chair. I can usually sit a few hours in it. Would buy again.

I was a bit skeptical about purchasing this chair without being able to sit on it until it was assembled. Happily, it’s a great seat! It functions just as described, and the seat cushion is firm and has quite a bit of cushion and support. The pneumatic up/down/back tilt works great. The only thing I don’t like is the foot rest. It just doesn’t secure to the chair well enough to be able to be used.

I was a little nervous after my ordering as there was no reviews written by other people, yet I have to say it definitely exceeds my expectations in terms of the overall quality and functionality! Assembly was simple, and it looks and feels solid. I love the padded seat, it keeps me sitting pretty comfortably in the center. Goes perfectly with my small workbench. I will buy this again when needed.
