Comes with the excellent shower head that has full flow and great quick saturation. Also included is a Dramm shutoff which is most excellent.

Be aware that it's expensive to return. "All returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee on the merchandise purchased. If an order was purchased with FREE Shipping the cost of the original outbound shipping (we paid) and the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount due."The gold color is a hideous highlighter color that will clash with any garden. Not this seller's fault, but the poor product photos and expensive return process leave you with few options if you don't like the color in person. I ended up keeping the ugly shower wand and will attempt to spray paint it black to tone it down a little.

It is sturdy and works well! It is all that it said it would be. We got two of them and they make watering so much easier!

I bought two wands and just finished reviewing the other. Both are very high quality and we are expecting them to hold up much better than admittedly much less expensive ones purchased from stores.

This week I purchased a Dramm 22431 Watering Wand from Amazon on Monday, it arrived on Wednesday. Alas, the nozzle was not attached to the wand or anywhere in the box. I was surprised at this obvious mistake but figured that it was easy enough to return it and get a replacement. Well, the replacement one arrived today and I was a bit dismayed to discover that there was not a nozzle in this shipment either? I went back and read the product description and many of the previous comments, everything I read indicated that this product does indeed come with a nozzle. So despite my frustration I requested another replacement from Amazon and have this second one boxed up to go to the UPS Store in the AM. Tonight I received an email from Amazon saying that they were processing my refund, (not my replacement as I requested). Are there any humans working in your returns department? Does anyone actually read the comments?? Hello, Is anybody in there?????

This wand lasted one summer of minimal use. By the end of it, it was leaking at the head and at the grip, spilling half the water on me and the other half on my flowers. The warranty is useless, it is only for 90 days now and you have to deal with the company directly, which means after shipping charges you might as well buy a new wand (from a better company). I was very disappointed, I had hoped the metal construction would make for a long lasting wand, but it clearly didn't. I recommend Gardena, which I have had in the past and which have lasted for several years. Gardena is what I'm buying again.

The impossibility of having a "retail" watering wand last more than a growing season is what led me to the Dramm brand. I'd bought the cheap ones, bought the fancy ones, bought the ones that said "brass construction" (with hidden plastic insides- which quickly failed). None of them lasted long. For some reason, it infuriates me. I feel like I'm being forced to hand money over repeatedly for something that should be a one-time purchase. So I pulled up Google, did some obsessive watering wand research, and found this.First, Dramm is perhaps the most common US brand for nurseries and professionals. I snuck a peek at my local nursery-- yep, she's using Dramms.Second, these Colormark wands are the top of the line, probably because of the (HEAVY!) all-brass valve at its base. (You can buy the valve itself, alone, for about $15-20). People use them for years and years. Not likely to fail. I found notes online that said that Dramm's plastic valve was prone to breaking after a year or two, like everyone else's, so this model was the one for me. I like the trigger handgrip types a bit better, but I'm willing to give up a little bit of ergonomics for reliability.Third, should something on this wand fail or get bent or ruined, you can replace just that part; the heads, wands and valves are all sold separately.Fourth, it's made to water plants with a gentle aerated flow. There's not 17 other silly settings (Water shaped like a Smile! Water shaped like a Vertical Line! Pounding Massage for your Plants! Etc) because they're unnecessary for most gardeners.I'll come back and report if I have any trouble, but I don't expect to do so.I'm all about buying Quality once rather than buying Cheap repeatedly. This baby costs less than I've spent on two pieces of junk at the big box stores in the past two years. Thanks, Dramm! May you live up to your excellent online reputation.
