I went through 3 other types of switches first before deciding I liked these switches. I was looking for a linear silent switch (for quiet fast typing for the office). I knew these wouldnt be as silent as the Gamakay Phoenix I tried, but those felt slightly mushy to me on the press down, it didn’t bother me a ton but I decided to keep looking for something not as mushy, I wasn’t 100% satisfied with Phoenix despite they were incredibly silent. These pink silent ones instead were really nice. Still very silent but with a very beautiful quiet thock sound while typing. Quiet music to my ears! And they did NOT feel mushy, and they were lighter feeling compared to the Phoenix switches I tried plus others. So I was finally sold on these pink switches, they’re a keeper !!! Overall these pink silent switches are light feeling, very quiet almost totally silent but with a slot it thock, and the thock isn’t a high pitched thock, it’s a bit deeper sounding. I love them! I can type really fast with these :-)

These switches are in fact box silent brown switches. They aren't as tactile as other switches such as glorious Pandas; however, their actuation force is much lighter while retaining some tactility. Much quieter than a glorious panda. My coworkers at the office hate me less now I think XD. This is on a keychron v5 96% keyboard.

These are definnitely linears. They are quiet (depending on your keyboard and caps) and have a smoothly linear travel.I found less wobble after assembly than I sometimes end up with -- I'm clumsy. This is due to the "boxed" stem. Also the tops, as pictured, are clear, and offer good light transmission with both shine-through and pudding caps.

The box switch came in plastic casing for protection with factory seal. These feels like a variation of cherry silent reds, but with a boxed up contact point that's actuated by a plastic pusher. The boxed switch really refers to the fact that the contact plates are hidden inside a tiny compartment (box) in the switch which is unique to this design, not so much the stem which is often confused with. The main differentiating characteristic is the silence. The stem has silicone rubber at the top and bottom of the sliding pin, so that it hits the pad while bottoming out and when released, having a very muted sound. In fact, the only sound that you will hear is the stem sliding around. It's not prelubed so it actually has a bit of noise. There is noticeable stem wobble, more so than a standard kalih box switch it seems, and more so than the likes of Gateron Pros. It's not horrible and the difference is small, but it's there. It bottoms out a bit early. Depending on your preference, arguably the biggest problem with these switches is the typing feel. It does feel a bit mush when bottoming out. Some people may not like that feeling. Also the stem feels less than buttery smooth.Light transmission is good typical of the clear top housing switches.Over all this is worthy of consideration if you are in the market for silent switches and don't mind the softened feel at bottoming out. It's a unique experience with these silent switches, and if silence is what you are looking for, these light weight switches are worth a try.
