Nice replacement for my pantry light. It has an on/off/auto switch isn't really necessary for my application as I just needed a motion detector. So ar it is working good.

I have 2 of these installed in my workroom in my tiny cabin, powered by my small solar system. it's a huge benefit to have them just turn on when I walk in, and turn off automatically after I leave. With the two lights, I have plenty of light in my small work room. In fact I generally keep one of them turned off, because one is usually sufficient for whatever I'm doing in there.Would recommend

I bought this to replace a battery-operated Beams MB970 light I use to light the top of my cellar stairs. While I only had to change the 4 C cell batteries on the Beam about once a year, I figured I'd get this light so I could hard-wire it to our off-grid battery bank, and not have to keep buying batteries.The infrared detection seems slightly less sensitive than the Beams, and the light remains on longer than ideal after being triggered (I measured about 48 seconds), but it does work OK. The Beams "on time" was 20 seconds, which is better. This light is brighter than the Beams was (claimed 300 lumens vs 100), so that's a plus. This light is warmer than the Bean. I preferred the whiter light of the Beams, but this one is OK, especially since it's brighter.The wiring colors are backwards for DC wiring (they use AC wiring colors for some odd reason) , but they do tell you that here in the ad and in the directions (which I lost by the time I finally got around to installing this light about 5 months later), but I figured it out by trial and error. Fortunately, it's also protected against reverse wiring.Overall, it's "OK", not great. If I had it to do over again, I'd probably just stick with the Beams I already had. If it lasts as long as the Beams has, I'll be happy.

This fantastic light is small and powerful. Illuminated the washroom we put it in with out needing another space light. I love it's options of motion detection or manual. Really works well in our RV bathroom which is 4x6 feet. Super easy to install. Will be purchasing another one or two to change our various lights

Just what I wanted. It turns on when you enter the bathroom then turns itself off. It is bright light and easy install, took hubby 5 minutes to install.
