I've had multiple microplane style graters for zesting, but this is the best by far as it improves by adding these features:- a curved surface for speedier zesting of citrus- a protective cover that doubles as a collector and measure when attached at the back- a button that knocks the zest off the back surface

This thing works like a charm. Cleans easy. Very sharp. Has this cool button to make it "snap" and knock all the stuff off of it. Would buy again. Wayyy better than my 8 buck one from target.
