Watch a youtube video, take a photo of existing wiring, remove existing, open the box, install new parts, reconnect wires like your photo, test. Works perfectly. Great having hot water again. Can't ask for more from affordable replacement parts.

Had these for about a year the water heater quit it was the safty thermo sensor. Back up and running in 30 min.. Two days later it quits again. This time it's the low temp sensor. Back up in 30 min. Have another kit on hand and will be ordering another one to replace the one I used. Be sure to watch video on it.

The temperature control failed on the water heater. This was a replacement, it worked.

The kit is complete with everything needed to repair the thermostat assembly. I was pleased with the quality of the parts. The only shortcoming is the black foam pad. It is much smaller than the original, so much so that it was difficult to fully adhere to the panel. I may have to stick it down with some aluminum tape. This is the reason for the 4 star rating.

After water heater started scalding us, Then it stopped reheating after initial start up, & fault light appeared on panel. Had to turn off to reset& heat again for hot water. Decided to change everything fuses, Igniter, EOC& the temp control. Everything you need comes in this package with the exception of the igniter. We change everything & WaLa, This water heater has never worked better, no more scalding hot water, functions as it should, no more fault light. And extra fuses to store in Rv for future use if needed. And best of all, No bill from a repair man, my husband did it all himself, with a little help from You tube.
