Needed rings for fly line to tippet transition. Ring size is just right for the weight lines I use.

i was breaking the bank on tapered leader and tippet. I tie the tippet ring to leader and then tippet to my flies. The pack of 50 will last me the rest of my life i am sure. Plus the entire pack of 50 from amazon was cheaper than my local fly shop that sells packs of 10 tippet rings. No brainer.

these rings do not have smooth edges and will cut your rig up under any pressure. cant even tie them on without cutting into leader. got it because the price was cheap but its absolutely not worth it, spend another dollar and get something that works!

The rings are stuck together (sometimes 2-3) and the lack of quality control results in very fine sharp edges.A good firm pull will cause the knot on 2x and 1x tippet to cut itself on the edges. They're 10x as many and cheaper than name brand, and it makes sense why.Don't use these, don't lose flies, don't lose fish. It's not worth it.

These are a classic get what you pay for. They're a far cry from the rings my local fly shop has, but they're absolutely usable with no sharp edges in the two packs I bought. I'm putting these on furled leaders for tenkara fishing.
