I was disappointed that the window mounting tabs didn't exactly align with the screw holes on the window regulator. Since I really need my window in place because winter is just around the corner, I used a cotter key in one of the tabs that didn't align after I installed the first screw in the other tab. Since this car is just a winter beater I'm just going to live with the make shift jury rig and cut my losses.
