Very supportive and not too hard to put on. It is hard to wear for too long at a time. The fit is decent for larger legged folks. It seems like it should hold up over time.

I wear this when I fly to help with preventing blood clots, since I'm in a wheelchair and already at a slightly higher risk for developing them to begin with. They definitely do compress well. However I have a lot of difficulty actually getting it on in the first place, not to mention it's super uncomfortable to even wear.

I love wearing these for exercise and yoga. They feel very similar to wetsuit legs, in the thick and somewhat squishy material (but they aren't actually neoprene). Measure carefully at the thigh to ensure you order the right size. I got the right size (XL) for my legs and they provide really nice, even compression all along my calves and knees, up to the lower thigh. There are little silicone lines above and below the knee to help prevent slippage, and the tightening strap at the top really makes sure it's staying put. I can do yoga without having to stop and pull my leggings back up. The strap has a clever little velcro-protector cover flap, which folds back out of the way when you wear the sleeves, but then you flip it back onto the velcro when the sleeves are in storage so the velcro doesn't flop around your laundry, hooking and catching on fabric. Very thoughtful addition!Don't order these thinking that they are knee braces. There's no structure around the knee or any kind of tensioning device for tightening the area of the knee, so unless you just need some compression around the whole region, this won't act as a brace for you. My knees are very loose and the compression does help anchor my knees, but there's no injury or tear that I'm trying to support or immobilize. If I did have such an injury, these are not what I would wear to help with that--although you could wear a strap-style knee brace over these sleeves, if you need the leg compression as well. My point is that these are leg sleeves meant to provide circulation support, and arthritis relief, but NOT braces, so, order them for their intended use and you'll be very happy with them.

These leg braces are very supportive, but almost too much and become a little restrictive. Not a lot of flexibility, but the support is great. After wearing them for a few weeks, they did slide a little and the strap across the top does start to slide down as well. A few minor adjustments and they hold up again for a little, then back to adjusting. Overall, I would recommend these over most leg braces for the support.

Received them and put them on same day, worm them all day, fit great, no problems, from other review I knew they were not knee supports but they did give my knee some stabilization, best of all it kept the swelling from my knees and the pain was a whole lot less.
