I have multiple saxophones and have two other single Hercules stands that I love. Holds my tenor, soprano, and altos very securely. This multiple alto & tenor sax stand is just right.

I use Hercules Stands for my two saxophones, (very sturdy) I love Hercules stands. Then I use Hercules Stands for my strait guitar, and Fender Bass guitar---don't look any further, go Hercules!

I bought one of those single sax stands for my tenor and it tipped over! So, I learned my lesson and I tell every tenor sax player I know to get the double sax stand so you don't have to worry about your horn tipping over. It is worth the money in preventing your horn from getting damaged and having to spend money going to the sax repair shop. This stand does a good job.

I like the stand and works for my two sax's. Later bought an attachment for a clarinet. If you have additional instruments, consider buying the stand that already includes 3 attachments and save your money on one purchase.

Stand is well constructed and sturdy. It holds my saxes a little to vertical for my liking and upright position is not adjustable. Push button locks are a little difficult to press in to release lock. In a couple of places the locks will pinch my fingers if not careful when releasing. Once folded up, the stand is very compact and easy to carry and store away. I had to bend the upper bell holder to fit more securely on both tenor and alto saxes. I would suggest to the manufacturer to extend the lower bell supports and add thicker padding, in order to hold the saxes a little further away from the vertical post.

I already had a Hercules music stand and also a single stand for a saxophone, so I had no hesitation in getting this stand. It is made to the same high quality and also shares the same innovative features such as being quick and easy to erect and put down. It is robust enough to take knocks and sturdy enough to provide good support for your instruments.I already had a Hercules peg for my soprano saxophone, so I was able to screw this into the central socket of this stand and so it can stack all three of my instruments - alto, soprano and tenor. The stand folds down compactly, but it would have been nice if it had come with a storage bag. The stand has a habit of unfolding itself at inopportune moments if you carry it about loose, so I recommend keeping it in something if you transport it.I have no hesitation in recommending this stand - it's brilliant, and looks really cool.

There's nothing more cool than standing on stage with two or three saxophones! There's nothing more embarrassing than knocking one of them over on said stage. This stand is built like a tank (and heavy like one, too.) When you have thousands of dollars sunk into your gear, don't chince out on the $20 for a cheap-o stand that you'll end up having to replace in six months anyway.

I've been using the Double Alto/Tenor stand for about three months...and love it! My normal setup is with the Soprano Sax peg in the middle, tenor on left, alto on right, alto flute peg outside left and soprano flute peg on outside right. Very easy to quickly grab a horn when a quick change is needed. I've been using a single hercules sax stand for a few years, and really like this new version, where they have add a little "bend/tip up" in the bell "U" piece which makes the horn really a lot safer in the stand. Also, it folds up quite nicely, so easy to transport. If you need a multiple sax stand, I cannot think of one that is the equal of this stand, considering ease of setup, ease of use, and how effectively it holds all your instruments! Built like a ROCK and works GREAT!
