It worked for about a week or 2 then the adapters that plug into the wall got extremely loose and would not charge my laptop anymore even after storing after each use the same way I recieved the item.

This cord worked perfectly for the first few weeks. But then it got to where it would be plugged in, but not connected unless I held the cord a certain way, applying pressure. Holding it even works less and less, and will soon not work at all.

This was recommended as a substitute for my computer cord that came apart. It does not really fit. I f i move the computer just a few inches it "beeps" because the connection is lost and I need to stop and "push" it back in; what a pain. When a product is under warranty (which I paid for) I should get an item that works, otherwise why buy a warranty.

I purchased this for my son's Acer Chromebook. I matched the specifications from the original adapter to the information in the item description. It fit perfectly and charges like new. He is very happy to be able to charge his Chromebook.

Daughter needed a new AC adapter charging cord, bought her Acer on Amazon about 6 months ago, found this cord here as well. It does what it is suppose to do. Delivery was earlier than expected. No complaints.
