I would give No stars for quality. We received the wrong parts, once hooked up with correct parts purchased from the hardware store, we found there was an internal leak. We called a plumber out and he wasn’t able to repair it because the problem was inside the unit. When I tried to send it back I was transferred 6 times to “a supervisor” all with the same repeat questions and same exact answer. Then they kept telling me to contact the manufacturer but that was dead end that linked me back to where I started. There was a supervisor that told me I could be refunded but I could keep the toilet.. ha ha wow that will make a great yard flower pot right?! NO way! I was stayed calm but persistent and finally I got an email saying it could be refunded and had a shipping label included! Talk about a crazy circle

The air dryer on the LOWEST SETTING will BURN YOU!!!! Not great when I spent so much money on the bidet toilet. Stuck with junk and doesn’t function properly. The dryer starts out fine then gets EXTREMELY HOT, then cools back down, Then gets EXTREMELY HOT, then cools down, this repeats for the entire dryer cycle. This is on the lowest setting. I can’t even try the other settings because the low burns you! Try a different brand is my recommendation!**UPDATE**Customer service reached out and is in the process of trying to find a solution to fix the issues…we will see. Will update with more information.*UPDATE*Company sent me a brand new toilet, it was at my doorstep within a few days of email communication with them. I do have to say that they do stand behind their products! Pretty great customer service in my experience.*UPDATED*New toilet is installed and working properly! Very happy with the quick resolution! Great service, stand behind their product!

The toilet is smart, comfortable it got a lot of function cleaning your behind and dry it. Heat Seats and heat water Open by itself when you walk in and when you stand up it flash and close but itself so you don't have to worry about flashing and closing the seat cover. It's got nice design and good product. The only bad thing is the two holes to attach to the ground is not in the middle. It's a little bit off behind so you have to have extensions or drill new holes in the ground to hold it in place.

The design of the toilet is very modern and clean. And since I no longer have to clean the dust from the side of the toilet, I think I can maintain a clean bathroom. However, during the installation process, since the main body is one piece, there are some parts that require some attention, so it is recommended that you compare it with the current toilet structure before buying this!

Most unorthodox toilet to install. Looks good after 3 hours of wrestling with placement and connection. Tip to the dealer: invest some time and effort in installation instructions.

This toilet has a great look. I was able to install it easily in my Father-in-law's house. It is a smaller bathroom and this toilet has a much slimmer profile than the toilet it is replacing. I also like that it has a dual flush mode, as my FIL is always concerned with energy efficiency. Highly recommend this toilet.

This is a very nice modern, sleek toilet. I love the ease of cleaning due to the smooth surfaces. It came with every tiny you need to install and my husband had it all ready to go in 30 min. Beautiful update!

Easy to install. Looks sleek and works well. We had it installed by a plumber because we are not handy and he didn't have any trouble took him less than one hour. It's easy to clean, mot too many corners so accessible to reach to clean which won't build up smells and bacteria. I highly recommend this toilet.
