Smaller bars but good quality silicone molds.I made the famous Dubai chocolate bars, but it was definitely smaller then others I had seen.It worked for the bars and it was actually better for portion size.It cleaned easy and was easy to use.

These molds are a good size and I really like that they come with bags for your chocolate bars as well. The process takes some mastering but that's no fault of the molds! They are a little "floppy" so you will definitely want to put them on a cookie sheet or something to keep them flat.

I ordered two different sizes of these molds to make the viral Dubai Pistachio Filled Chocolate bars and this set is just not quite deep enough to hold enough of the the filling. They do work, but the other set I have is almost twice as deep and holds more of the filling. I have used this set; however to make peanut butter type filling and it works well for that purpose. I will be getting creative and trying other types of filling because the molds are easy to use and wash up really well. And the bags that are included are handy to have for the finished bars. Recommended with reservations, depending on your personal preferences.Side note: I have been a Vine member for over a year and I give totally honest reviews. To earn 5 stars, the products I review have to be really well made, perform extremely well, and have a decent price point. I have no qualms coming back to revise my reviews if products fail to perform or turn out to be junk.

It's sometimes hard to know on listings like this one if you are getting one or two items since they show two trays front and back. To be clear, this listing ships a single tray and some bags. The listing also mentioned a scraper but there was not one with my product. I washed the tray and used it to make the famous Dubai Chocolate bars and it worked pretty well. It's a bit hard to get the chocolate into each cavity and then spread the last layer on top of the filling, but that's just me needing to work on technique, I think. Right after I ordered this tray, I found a set of 4 trays with various designs for just a couple bucks more. It was too late to cancel this one, but the other set was a much better value. So shop around and find the price point and number of trays that works for you. That set and this one were very similar in weight and use, so I don't think it matters too much which one you order. I did not use the bags since I put the bars in a plastic container and put them in the fridge. The tray is a bit floppy and I was going to put it on a quarter sheet pan to put in the fridge, but forgot to grab it and with careful handling, I had no issues putting the filled tray in the fridge and it was a bit easier to fit by itself rather than on a sheet pan. I am looking forward to making other bars with this tray - the definition is very good on the squares when you unmold. Do it slowly though, and make sure everything is releasing. I basically rolled one side of the tray back and then the other, one row of bars at a time.
