I order these one a month and they always come in all alive and packaged really good. It takes a little longer to come in than I would like but I'm very happy with them.

Thought about giving a 3 but seems too harsh. I was personally unhappy with my order but only because photo is the largest size of what was in package and most were smaller. They are not 1/2-3/4 inch.I would suggest seller to update their description because aside from being small rather than medium I would have been happy and ordered again.The quality itself is very good. Packaged well and with a heat pack. There was no smell and they were clean. So stuck with a 4.

About 25% of the roaches were dead, but most of them lived. They don’t smell bad, which was good.

They're not the best smelling but the fact that they're alive means that they're healthy for my pet bearded dragon I would say quality is good because they all arrived living I'd say they're quite tasty to lizards because they'll just eat them right up it's a fairly good deal in my opinion

The box in the photos is NOT what they came in. I ordered 100 Medium and they are exactly as described and the size i need. There may have been 2 or 3 that came dead but overall pretty good deal for the price. Love this seller so far. Will be ordering from this seller again!

I ordered these for my bearded dragon. My first order went well; they were a little small, but no dead ones and I was happy. My 2nd order was bad all around. They are very tiny; as you can see in the photo, they are MUCH smaller than the quarter, definitely NOT medium sized. Also, 25 were dead, which is a 25% loss of life. I’m in California, so I specifically ordered from this seller because they’re in California too, but it didn’t seem to help. I tried to contact the seller, but was unable to get through- I just kept getting an automated response saying no refunds/replacements. I wouldn’t order from them again.

These roaches arrived in a Saturday, just a few days after I ordered them so that's a HUGE plus. They were sent by Dubia.com out of Wichita. KS and I'm in NYC. They arrived in a plastic container that had a couple of pieces egg crate in there. No food, which I appreciate because the food rots. Many roaches, I didn't count but they're MANY. Only a couple of dead ones. They are varied sizes but all would be considered "medium" size. They started eating and drinking water as soon as I set them up in their new home. My chameleon Elizardbeth is a very happy lady!
