I like this dispenser! It works easily. No special tape needed. Very ergonomic. I got tired of those little plastic dispensers that come with the tape and this bad boy is a Cadillac! It makes boxing up something a pleasure instead of a chore. It’s heavy duty (but not real heavy) and it should last 2 lifetimes.

No issues and I have used it for few weeks now and did not face any issues. Happy with my purchase. Price is good too.

I made such an ordeal out of loading this gun with tape. It's really simple to load, actually. Instructions are included but I thought it would have been more complicated. It's not. One path for tape to travel!Harder to cut than other guns I have used but it got the job done. Not sure why it was so difficult to cut the tape.

Perfect tape gun. Slightly more expensive than the cheap ones; I got it because if the safety/retractable cutter and the foam covered handle. I used a hole puncher to punch through the foam so I can hang it like my old one. Actually, if you subtract the value of the included tape it is a minimally more costly than the cheap cutters.

Works fairly well but tape sometimes either sticks to the metal plate and sometimes tape ends up going back onto the roll rather than staying exposed on the roller wheel (especially when roll is new). Exposing the safety blade sometimes isn't perfect and takes getting used to but worth not having the blade exposed as a lethal weapon

This tape guns cutting teeth retract when the plastic plate is pressed on unfortunately this doesn't work for business applications or often using the tape gun. The plastic piece needs to be pressed way too far back to get the teeth to cut the tape if you can imagine this gets awful frustrating. The tape that came with it is great quality and very thick which makes cutting it with this gun even tougher.

This tape gun is the most frustrating device I have used in a while. The screws holding the cutter to the frame stripped out and the gun flew apart. I was unable to find the springs for the cutter. The tape included is great, but the gun is terrible.
