I got this to make a hybrid pillow. I thought I would like the core to be wn and the way that it comes in a pre-made pillow shape. It is soft and fluffy and memory foam or similar. But I have used this to make a throw pillow because it already came in a pillow form. I like the feel of this doversitile. It can be a pillow today and stuffing to repair a duvet or jacket tomorrow. Until I need a repair, it can be stored as a pillow. This is a great value and makes a beautiful fluffy pillow.

This down feather pillow filling works like a charm for when a hole develops in your down pillows and you need to put more in, or if you're planning on sewing up a new pillow yourself! It's super soft and there's enough for a couple different repairs or for making at least a pillow or two depending on the size you have planned!Just remember to check all the edges of your pillowcase for other tears before breaking this stuff out, the cats will lose their mind and it makes a huge mess if you're not careful!

It took me a while to make the pillow as I was concerned about what material to make it out of. I wound up going with chenille and made a decorative throw pillow that has the comfort of a bed pillow. The thick Chenille worked very well. If you buy a down pillow, you never really know if the type you will get will be that soft new growth or something coarser and pokier. This definitely leans into softer. I’ve got neurodivergent tactile issues—comfort really matters to my ability to pay attention or do anything. Would recommend.

I am totally happy with this 2lbs of down feather fill.I appreciated that it came with the down well contained in a pillow form, no leaking. I have had experience with this not being the case and even a handful of loose down feathers is a mess. Way worse than 52 card pickup!Like I mentioned the down weighed in at a little over 2 pounds which makes sense when counting the cover the down is held in. The down itself is lovely and will lend itself wonderfully for my projects. Two thumbs up!

These are absolutely stunning and soft. When I ordered the 2lb set, I expected them to come loose in a bag and had plans for that... but they came in a pillow form already, so I intend to use them as that instead now. It will just be easier (and less messy). Regardless, these are beautiful and highly recommend them - in pillow form they just mold to your head when you lay down on them. They're wonderful.

This duck down feather pillow fill is already sewn as a pillow form. It measures approximately 14.5 inches square by about 5 inches thick. All the edges of the fabric are sewn and serged so, to get the feathers, the thin fabric has to be cut open. I believe the fabric could be cut open and the feathers removed to fill something else if desired, but it may be easier to just use it as is. That "as is" will make a very nice, firm pillow. I had planned something a bit different with this, but am rethinking my original idea. I'll probably use it as is and make a beautiful pillow case for it.

Not processed properly. High quality ticking fabric not woven tight enough for these sharp feathers.
