Boots Height: the distance from tops of bootsto the soles of the boots (the heel isn’t included, the highest point of the boots)
Tops of boots Perimeter: the length of circumference a circle of the tops of boots
ShankPerimeter: the length of circumference a circle of the thickest position of the shank
Shank height: the length of from the thickest position of the shank to the soles of boots
The measurement method of feet and shank is as follows:
Step 1: Foot length –distance between big toe to heel;
Step 2: Foot width - the distance between the left and right sides of the foot;
Step 3: Foot perimeter- the perimeter of the widest position of foot;
Step 4: Abdominal perimeter - the distance ofcircumference a circlefrom the feet soles to the highest of the instep;
Step 5: Pocket perimeter - the distance ofcircumference a circlefrom the feet heels to the highest of the instep.

Purchased these for my son. He did buy insoles after reading other reviews about the comfort level. They are a beautiful color green, and fit him well. Shipping was faster than estimated delivery time.

Did surprisingly well. You will need insoles so throw in whatever your everyday shoe has. Great boot for temporary use.

I wore these to walk in a parade, worst mistake of my life. They're good for a costume party. I maybe got one time use out of them. Will not support these. They look great but really take a toll if you plan to walk in them.

I bought these for when I starred in Hamlet because they went perfectly with my costume. After trying them out for a week, I asked the director to let me find moments throughout the play to sit because my feet were killing me. Size and durability are perfect. Only thing I would change is comfortability.

For the money, these fit ok, but, I had to buy insoles and place inside the shoes as they were very uncomfortable as shipped. With the insoles they were comfortable enough to spend the day at a 70 acre ten fair. However, these boots are actually wedges (I didn’t really know what that was, but, my daughter said people will understand if I say that) and as such provided no ankle support. I twisted my ankle at least 5 times.Bottom line, if you are planning on wearing these for a short period of time and on very stable and level surfaces, then these are probably ok. But if you are going to be on dirt walking areas and gravel surfaces, you might want to keep looking.
