I put an American Elite on the rear as well.Just got back from Sturgis SD 24Tires have 1500 miles on them. I Love them so far!Bike handled Awesome in all the curves, hills and anything else SD could throw at it, even rain.I am hopeful that I will get more miles out of these than the D407 & D402. If so I will keep buying these. Time will tell. So far I'm an American Elite Guy!

Round tread profile corners nicely with a slight lean. Soft compound sticks well. Dosen't follow groves in pavement (tread design). Preforms as good as or better than my Metzler did.
