I'm a little over 6'1" and about 175 lbs. These XXL fit OK. I wouldn't want smaller.I use them crawling around my attic for insulation work. Definitely keep the itchies to a minimum.

Functions as advertised, Got a bit warm wearing it in Florida during summertime, small price to pay for the protection it affords.

I use these in attics, especially the ones where I have to crawl around in insulation. They do a great job of keeping it off my skin which can make me miserable. On the downside I come out soaking wet from sweat that can't escape. Under houses it keeps the spiders and scorpions off me and I also don't know what poisons may have been used so it acts as a protective layer to keep my skin from contacting God knows what.

These are so perfect for wearing just about anytime, anywhere. Around the house they keep dirt and pet hair and germs off of you, and make your neighbors really wonder what is going on inside your house, especially if you can talk the rest of your family into wearing them too. When going out on the town, they make an eye-catching outfit, as any accessories are really set off against the bright white background of these lovely coverall suits. I definitely prefer these that have both the hood and booties for the complete ensemble. I will be ordering them again, I'm sure.

I used this today (11/3/2013) when I was tearing out the attic insulation (rock wool) and replacing it with Pink R30. I have a low angle roof so the entire time I'm on my belly. The suit held up pretty good, but eventually failed. The zipper was still zipped but for the length of the zipper tangs it ripped apart.A better design would be to have a rear entrance with velcro or something.I'm a big guy and this 2X size fit well. At first it felt WAY too big but as I moved around, I realize why the designers did it. KUDOS. Excellent design. It covers everything except the face and hands. At both is elastic that worked very well and wasn't too constricting.Nothing else tore on the tyvek suit. It worked perfectly.I wore my cross trainer shoes. Which mean the soles of the shoes are a bit bigger than my feet. I worked them into the shoe section of the suit before trying to pull up the leg part. Just relax and work that elastic around your shoes. That elastic as another good design.I was sliding around the attic alot and the suit held up very well.I just purchased two more because I need to insulate the other side next week.Update 5/2015More attic work. I saw a "shredded" comment and wanted to comment on the suit. Yes it shreds. I have to literally crawl on my belly on the joists (no floor) in the attic to do some more insulation. What I do to mitigate the shredding is: 1) where knee pads on the outside of the suite to protect the suit AND to hold it in place.2) The zipper will rip at the seams so I place duct tape perpendicular to the zipper (yes I'm sealed in).I haven't had the crotch rip, so if that's happening, then you need a bigger suit.Yes the suit is hot in a attic which is why you work in your attic in the winter months if possible. Its nearly air tight so that's why its hot. Other materials won't provide you the protection.I still recommend these tyvek suits. They are good throw away suits. Which is what you want when handling insulation. You don't want to wash those clothes.-T-

I ordered these to do some insulation remediation in my attic. Previously purchased ones (Not from Amazon, not Tyvek brand, just generic polypropylene suits) were an XL; the arms and legs were about 3" too short, the crotch tore open, zipper tore off on one of them, and they ripped holes in the knees if they caught on anything. These Tyvek suits are much thicker material, come with attached booties and hoods, and fit perfectly. I am 6'0", 205lbs with an average build, my upper legs are probably the most disproportionate part of me (lots of mountain biking). I have no idea why I would normally take a Large size for jackets, shirts, etc. and the polypro suits I have to order 2 sizes larger, but it is so. Be sure to either ask the seller directly, or just order at least 1 size larger than normal. Keep in mind you will most likely be wearing these overtop normal street/work clothes, so the extra room is necessary. I thought an XL would be enough, since that fits well for my other coveralls, but no.Bottom line: Cheap suits! Protect well, reasonably durable, order a size or two larger than you normally would!UPDATE Dec 4, 2012: Used the suits for some more fiberglass removal. They held up really well, despite kneeling on rough-cut rafters, crawling on hands and knees to reach attic, crouching and reaching. No tears or rips, the suits kept 99.9% of fiberglass off my clothes. Only places that got exposed to the dust were the face (1/2 face respirator on too) area around the eyes and the neck. The suits are very warm though, wearing only jeans and t-shirt in the uninsulated attic at a few degrees above freezing, we were soon sweating. The size and fit is as I described above. With the booties on and tucked into work boots, hood up, fit was just right.
