The item is probably used/returned since the bag arrived already ripped open and the red paint is worn off in some places, but it’s a solid steel rod that isn’t bent anywhere and at least it’s a full 18” length and 1/2” diameter. Knocked off 1 star for being used/returned and not brand new.

These are the right size and don’t slip out of the holes. Long enough to get get good leverage.

First time wrapping...after 10 minutes all started working well...product responded well to different heat levels. When finished put product in below zero degrees for 4 days and then returned to 70 degrees with no pull back or shrinkage. What more can you ask for?

The tools are very straightforward. The criss-cross groves in the handles, the diameter and length of the bars are sufficient to get a solid grip and have the leverage necessary to turn the garage torsion springs. The bars are heavy and I never felt concern that they would break or bend. The red paint on the ends is slightly helpful to ensuring the bars are seated deep enough that they won't slip out.
