I had a similar device a while back, but it had a very short hose. This unit packs a full fifty feet, and is spring loaded to rewind the hose into the housing. I'm done with leaving hoses on the garage floor getting dirty and tripping me. If you're good with a drill, you can use the supplied bolts to put it on a wall. You'll want to be sure you're hitting studs with the bolts, as the whole thing is rather heavy. Regarding "maneuverability" getting five stars, it maneuvers 50 feet of hose off the floor or yard, and poof, all done.
